All Mirage Design Silver Jewellery is carefully crafted from 925 Sterling Silver, and assayed, as necessary by the Assay Office with our own individual hallmark

We recommend that you use a silver cloth to keep our silver jewellery sparkling.

Our Island Collection

Is made from a hand-picked collection of shell, wood natural and man-made materials. All findings and fastenings meet the EU nickel directive.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

MINIMUM ORDER

We have no minimum order.

CARRIAGE

  • Carriage paid order is £200 goods total.
  • £5.00 - £7.00 will be charged on orders £100 - £200 goods total.
  • £1-£7.50 will be charged on orders £10 - £100 goods total.

NEW CUSTOMERS

All first orders are on a pro forma basis.

CREDIT ACCOUNT

You may apply to open a credit account with us. Please request an application form. Customer information will be stored by Mirage Design Ltd. and credit information may be shared for monitoring and administration purposes with our representative body the GA and with other members of the GA.
 
We reserve the right to supply at our own discretion.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment terms are strictly 30 days net for the account customers. 2.5% early settlement discount is offered on goods total for payment within 7 days.

PAYMENT BY CHEQUE

  • Please make cheques payable to Mirage Design Ltd.
  • Please include invoice number and date.

All our own designs are indicated by a © sign and are protected by copyright.

PAYMENT BY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD

Credit/Debit card payment is welcome. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta, JCB, Amex and switch/Maestro. Please have your card details ready when ordering by Freephone. Simply complete the relevant section of the order form when ordering by post.

PRICES

All prices are exclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to alter the prices without notice. Goods will be invoiced at prices current at dispatch.

TITLE OF GOODS

All goods remain the property of Mirage Design until paid for in full. The risk in the goods passes to the buyer on delivery.

CLAIMS

Claims for damages or shortfall must be made in writing to this office within 7 days of receipt of goods. Returned goods must be packaged to prevent further damage in transit.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders are pro forma. Payment by credit card, Eurocheque or TT only. Carriage charged at cost on all orders under £500.
